** PLEASE READ ** New Sunday Event Registration Policy

Effective immediately the following registration policy will be in effect for Sunday events.

  1. Online registration for Sunday events will close at 5pm on the Friday before the event.
  2. Groups will not be added after the 5pm Friday registration closes, there will be NO EXCEPTIONS.
  3. If you want to be added to an existing group before registration closes, contact the person who registered the group and ask them to add you. We don’t know if they want you in their group and it’s not the tournament directors job to figure it out. The first person in each registration record is the one who owns the registration – they would be the person to contact. See the red boxes as examples in the image below. We have a searchable member directory under the members menu of the website (must be logged in to see that menu item), please use it to get the contact information you need.
  4. If there is a match that needs to be played, the participants in the match need to make sure they are registered in the same group. If you need to get out of an existing registration and go into a new one to play the match, make sure that gets completed. The person who owns the registration (red box examples below) can edit their registration and change an existing name to “Any” which will then remove the person from the registration.

4. Late additions for individual openings in existing groups MAY be filled after the 5pm Friday deadline based on tournament director availability, amount of notice, etc. ONLY IF the instructions below are followed.

5. Requests for corrections, or changes must be made to wanakimensclub@gmail.com. Any direct emails or texts to Board members about Sunday events will be ignored from today forward.

After 5pm on Friday: Inquiries about single opening spots in Sunday events may only be made by emailing wanakimensclub@gmail.com. Multiple people have access to this mailbox and your request will not get missed. You will get a response, and in the odd chance that you do not, you can infer that the answer was no.

The Board has worked very hard to create an organized product, and the schedule for the entire year is updated on the website in March. You should be able to figure out by Friday at 5pm if you are going to play in a Sunday event, and if not you might want to consider waiting for the next one. We have too many people making last minute changes which are wasting a tremendous amount of time – so much that the time making changes for an event exceeds setting up the event in the first place. This is also how mistakes get made and we end up with incorrect teeboxes, team rosters, late payouts, and incorrect handicaps.

Thank you for your help and understanding in our efforts to provide the best product possible.
